Three counterfeit detections are integrated into the D10's lightweight and compact body making it a quick and effective counterfeit detector. The neck strap means it's always to hand, its compact size allows it to fit in your pocket and with its use of replaceable batteries (included), you can use the D10 practically anywhere.
The D10 portable counterfeit detector is perfect for verifying bills (all currencies) and official items such as driving licences, passports, bank cards, checks, permits, certificates on software packaging, etc. It can also verify UV ink such as smart water or selectaDNA.
UV Light Detection
UV Light Detection Genuine bills and some official items incorporate invisible UV marks that only become visible when exposed to ultraviolet light at a specific frequency. The D10’s integrated UV light illuminates any UV marks so you can easily verify bills and official items.
Verifies Official Items
Verifies Official Items The D10 instantly illuminates UV marks on official items, ideal for verifying driving licences, credit/debit/bank cards, passports, ID cards, checks, permits, stamps, certificates of authenticity on software packaging and other official items with UV marks. It also illuminates UV ink such as Smartwater or SelectaDNA that is used to protect valuables from theft or confirm event admission.
Magnetic Detection
Magnetic Detection Genuine bills and some official items incorporate magnetic ink/metallic thread. Press the "MG" button and rub the MG sensor over the bill, the D10 will then emit a sound to confirm the bills authenticity.
