Mixed Denomination Value Counting

Simply place your unsorted (or sorted) bills on the hopper and the NC55 will automatically recognise the currency and start counting. The NC55 scans & reads denominations in any orientation. It will display the total value & quantity counted and also report the breakdown per denomination. The NC55 also has the capability to count vouchers, tickets and sorted bills in any currency.

The NC55 has the unique ability to count up to 4 mixed currencies all at once so there is no need to sort your currencies beforehand. The NC55 dual CIS technology enables it to value count even the most advanced currencies.

Central Banks have a vast knowledge of counterfeiting techniques. To keep pace with counterfeiters, the NC55 is regularly tested at Central Banks using their latest counterfeit and authentic bills.

Each and every time the NC55 successfully identifies all counterfeit and authentic bills, guaranteeing 100% accurate counterfeit detection.

Scans & Records Serial Numbers

The NC55 uses not 1, but 2 of the latest CIS sensors, allowing it to scan serial numbers on both sides of each bill, therefore bills can be inserted in any orientation.

Serial numbers are useful for financial records and when you need an audit trail. To make your administration easy, you can export the full detailed list of all the scanned serial numbers to a PC using our free ZZap Bill Counting Software. Alternatively the serial number report can be printed via the ZZap P20 Printer (not included).

High Capacity Continuous Feeding

The NC55 money counter is engineered and tested for high volume, error-free counting. It features a top loading hopper that is easier to use, has a larger bill capacity and allows you to add bills to the hopper while it runs, for continuous counting.

Export Results & Download Free Updates

To make your administration even easier, you can export your counting report & serial number report to a PC using our free ZZap Bill Counting Software.

New bills issued? No problem. The NC55 has integrated USB, Micro SD card & RS-232 update ports so you can easily download updates. Currency updates and instructions can be downloaded, free of charge from our website. We work with Central Banks to ensure the update is available before the new bill enters circulation.

Bank Grade & Easy Maintenance

The NC55 is a heavy duty professional-grade bill counter. Unlike typical sensors, it uses state-of-the-art contact image sensors (CIS), enabling it to scan every detail such as color, image & serial number. It uses not 1, but 2 CIS sensors, enabling it to scan both sides of the bill.

The back cover opens to allow easy maintenance access, no tools are required. Using the provided brush you can remove any dust & dirt in seconds. The automatic self-diagnostic also ensures you are alerted to any required maintenance.

Automatic or Manual Start

Simplicity at its best; place the bills in the hopper and watch the NC55 start & stop counting automatically. Alternatively, manual start is always available.

Batch counting is also made more streamlined. Simply take the bills from the stacker and the NC55 will instantly start to count the next batch - no buttons to press.
