Displays Full Counting Report
Unlike most products, the D40 can display your reports in a detailed, easy to read format. It displays all denominations as well as the value and quantity counted with their respective grand totals shown at the bottom. Essentially, the D40 can be used as a mini banknote counter.

Bleached Counterfeit Detection
Bleached counterfeits are real banknotes that have had their original ink removed (bleached), then it is reprinted with a higher denomination. For example, a $1 bill reprinted as a $100 bill.
The D40 counterfeit detector automatically displays the real denomination in the bottom right of the screen. If this is different to the inserted banknote, it is a bleached counterfeit.

New banknotes issued? No problem. The D40 has an integrated USB update port so you can easily download updates. Currency updates and instructions can be downloaded, free of charge from our website. We work with Central Banks to ensure the update is available before the new banknote enters circulation.
Detachable Cover For Easy Maintenance
The D40's detachable cover allows for easy access to the sensors. Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance. In addition, the D40 automatically switches to stand-by mode after 30 seconds of inactivity.
Select Which Direction Banknotes Exit The Machine
The D40 can eject banknotes from the front or rear of the machine. The on-screen arrow shows the selected direction.
